Schmidt’s Beer is looking for six drag racing cars to sponsor…one each in the following areas: Cleveland, New England, Philadelphia, Baltimore/ DC, metro New York and Central Pennsylvania.
Each sponsor includes $1500 for a full racing season, plus $500 to paint your car to Schmidt’s specifications.
You’ll also get $10 per hour for personal appearances.
A special end of season runoff gives you a chance for the Schmidt’s Championship Trophy.

Well, one soon-to-be champion submitted his application and went on to set several records. Rudy Rosa raced this awesome ’67 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS for three seasons, setting several records, including the record at Keystone Raceway Park in 1972!

This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS sports the paint finish and decoration specified by the Schmidt’s Beer Company with their logo on both doors while power comes from a 327-engine providing all the power needed to the drag wheels and tyres.
