A1806103- 1970 Swede Savage #42 1:18th Plymouth Trans Am Cuda

In 1970 both Savage & Gurney both drove identical factory-sponsored Plymouth Barracudas in the Trans Am Series.
Early in the season Chrysler cut back support for the AAR effort & Gurney stepped out of the car to let Savage drive the entire season.
Savage was a young and upcoming star in the racing community who lost his life in a terrible wreck in the 1973 Indianapolis 500.
