NASCAR Hall of Fame® inductee Roger Penske earned his first victory as a team owner in 1973 when driver Mark Donohue brought his No.16 AMC Matador to Victory Lane at Riverside International Raceway.

Fifty years later, NASCAR® Champion Joey Logano will be turning back the clock to Penske’s first NASCAR® victory with a special Shell-Pennzoil throwback No.22 Ford Mustang at Darlington Raceway. Logano’s ride will sport the same red, white, and blue livery that adorned Donohue’s car when he won at Riverside. Completing the throwback look will be a retro number styling inspired by the No.16 on Donohue’s winning mount from 1973.
